Support services for government cloud provide comprehensive support to the following entities: municipal authorities, ASP providers, network operation management support providers, and system integrators (SIs).
Our services cover everything from organizing migration requirements to system development, operational design, operation delegation, and in-house development support. We assist municipal authorities in optimizing their IT costs and improving operational efficiency through modernization based on requirements set by the Digital Agency, operational standardization support, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and dashboard implementation.
Additionally, we strengthen secure information collaboration by implementing file linkage accounts and authentication/authorization functions, as well as conducting security assessments. This ensures sustainable government operations and promotes digital transformation (DX) for municipal authorities.
