Matsudo City's DX Promotion: Building the Smart City Hall of the Future

Seminar Overview

We are pleased to welcome Mr. Kurosawa, Director of the Digital Strategy Division, General Affairs Department of Matsudo City, to speak about the city’s digital transformation (DX) initiatives based on its “Administrative Digitalization Vision.”

Part 1:

NEC will present two key solutions that support the digital transformation of local governments:

NEC Resident Portal Service, which consolidates information and administrative services provided by local governments to create a unified touchpoint for residents.

NEC Smart Government Counter Solution (Counter DX SaaS), launched in FY2023 and scheduled for major feature enhancements by FY2025.

Part 2:

Matsudo City will share the policies, challenges, and implementation efforts based on its “Administrative Digitalization Vision.”

Part 3:

In a dialogue format, representatives from Matsudo City and NEC will discuss the successes, challenges, and future outlook of the initiatives and services aimed at realizing a smart city hall of the future.
