The New Model of Administrative Services Envisioned by the Nara Super App
In Nara Prefecture, starting from the goal of solving residents’ issues, we have launched the Nara Super App, which leverages the power of digital technology to enable administrative procedures to be completed on a smartphone without the need to visit government offices.
With the Nara Super App, residents can apply and make reservations online, allowing them to complete procedures at any time and place of their choice. In addition, based on their registered interests and areas of residence, they can also receive personalized information and recommendations.
In this session, we are pleased to welcome Mr. Maeda, Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Nara Prefecture, who will speak about IT policies and digital reforms, represented by the Nara Super App.
