Introducing our efforts in "Generative AI x RPA" and "Chatbots using Generative AI"

Beppu City Hall introduced a general-purpose generative AI in November 2023.

In addition to using it for general purposes, we are also implementing new ideas that combine the AI with the RPA (Robotic Process Automation) that was already in place.

Furthermore, a public-facing chatbot utilizing the generative AI's RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) function was released in July.

This presentation will cover Beppu City Hall's initiatives, which aim to make things more convenient for residents and easier for city employees by leveraging generative AI.
