"SonicWeb-DX": Empowering Local Government DX Through Connected Information
We would like to introduce "SonicWeb-DX," a spatial information sharing platform that supports the digital transformation (DX) of local government operations through the power of "connection." Since its release in September 2023, SonicWeb-DX has been creating new value in various fields by linking internal administrative data with external data.
In 2024, its mechanism for digitally "connecting" internal and external stakeholders – from handling resident requests to managing maintenance operations by staff – was recognized with the prestigious Good Design Award BEST 100.
In this presentation, we will introduce specific implementation examples, including:
・Yokohama City: A case study of managing requests regarding roads, parks, etc., by connecting with residents and LINE.
・Koriyama City: A case study of real-time on-site surveys and information gathering by connecting with field staff, social media (SNS), and dynamic data.
Furthermore, you will see our latest use cases, including future development plans.
