Transforming the Future of Infrastructure Maintenance through Water Utility DX: CYDEEN's Challenge Toward a Sustainable Society

Inspections of aging infrastructure are becoming increasingly important. At the same time, serious challenges such as labor shortages and budget constraints are becoming more apparent. In this presentation, we will introduce our DX initiatives aimed at realizing a sustainable water infrastructure. These include remote monitoring of pipelines using sensors provided by CYDEEN, AI-based deterioration diagnostics, and a system for utilizing video data, all in line with the national trends in digital transformation of water and sewerage systems.
