In a municipality with a population of approximately 6,000, the introduction of generative AI is being challenged, given that 60% of the staff have no experience with it. Aiming to improve business efficiency, they have utilized it not only for general tasks such as document creation and project planning but also for unique tasks like preparing financial statements and council documents. In this session, we will provide easily understandable know-how useful for municipalities using generative AI for the first time, along with insights from the field and examples from other municipalities.
